As your Tai Chi Instructor I have to confess how much I gain mentally, physically and spiritually from my tai chi practice. Yet an even greater reward is being able to share tai chi with others - people of all ages from all walks of life. I personally
have used tai chi to help heal the arthritis in my hands. My day job is
at the Shipyard as a high voltage electrician - I need the strength in my
hands for my line of work. Tai Chi not only brings me greater focus and
